Sophie Blachet has opened Art Vitam in 2002 in the Wynwood Art District, Miami. She represents 20 European and American mid-career and established artists who have exhibited in museums. Art Vitam has participated in 15 art fairs a year in the US, Europe, and Asia

She often writes for art magazines in France including Artension and has published 4 books (in French and in English) on career development for artists and actually writes an Art Dictionary scheduled to be published on October 15, 2017.
She is often invited as a speaker in France and in the United States to discuss the art market and contemporary art.
And Sophie Blachet is an expert in photography and she is regularly invited as an expert at the Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie in Arles (since 2011) and at the Palm Springs Photo Festival (since 2014).

In 2016, Sophie Blachet has co-founded French Arts Associates with Helene Filipecka, a bespoke accelerator for Arts Professionals based in the United States.

        

 

French-born Miami-based Helene Filipecka is a cultural consultant. Her expertise combined with her previous experience as an art dealer has led her to think about different ways of showing art in today’s world art market. She is involved in promoting projects related to contemporary art, seeing art as a platform for culture and social development.

After graduating from Paris-La Sorbonne with a Master in Economics, and a Master from the French Fashion Institute (IFM), Helene Filipecka held a variety of leadership roles and worked successively for women’s magazine BIBA, GLAMOUR and served as co-director of a Trend & Style Consulting Agency PECLER’S in Paris. She moved to Barcelona in 2005 where she began to work with artists.

Founder of a unique concept of an art gallery located in a private apartment in Dominican Republic in 2008, she represented famous Dominican painters such as Juan Mayi and Iris Pérez and brought H+O apARTgallery to be part of the FIART, the first international art Fair in Santo Domingo, DR. Since 2009, she has been working as Art Consultant for a Guadeloupean (FWI) company Artist4deco, specialized in art & decoration targeting the Hospitality Business.

In 2016 she co-founded French Arts Associates with Sophie Blachet, to create an accelerator for the Arts professionals in the US.
